I paired it with a tranx 500 hg spooled with #65 pp and topped off with #25 floro on on bait. Sensitive enough in the tip to feel the bite yet moderate action to pull on fish. Get one or all of them.

Can you please compare this rod to Tiralejo TRS100MHA ?
There is almost no information over the Internet or comparison between the two.
I saw Shimano classified this particular Teramar rod (TMS106MHA) also as a surfing rod, but no comparison to Tiralejo line was provided.

The Tiralejo TRS100MHA is only a 10' 2 compared to the Teramar which a 10' 6 length rod. The Tiralejo can handle 30-65 lb test braid and the Termar handles 40-80. The actions between the two are different, the Teramar has a fast action and the Tiralejo has moderate action. The 11' Tirajelo is the only rod in that series that has a fast action but we no longer have that rod available.
