Does the rod uses sam blank as the penn rampage 6,6"?Does it has a glass top also?

Hi Tyron, According to Penn, The rod blanks for these two rods and/or combos are NOT the same. The PENN Rampage series rod blank is fiberglass with a solid glass tip and the Fierce III Spinning Combo series rod blank is a graphite composite blank.
