Compact, Lightweight, and great price point

I was looking for a 2500-3000 size reel to use on a travel rod. This reel fits the bill, and the price point is light on the wallet.

Total weight spooled up with 10lb of monofilament installed on the silver hook 7' MH is 14.25oz. What an excellent light-weight combo. I won't feel terrible if this reel gets banged around a bit in some luggage or bags either!

Handles come loose on both the 4000 and 6000. No matter how tight you turn the knob to tighten it down it still wiggles.

This reel is great for the price. I got it as a backup and I’m shocked with how light it is and how smooth the action is. Especially for the price!!
