MirrOlure® 52MR Sinking Twitchbait swimming action: slow sinker which darts from side to side while emitting a sonic fish calling sound.

Trout Killer!
October 11, 2018
It has very little built in action. When trolled at 2-3 mph, you get a tight wiggle. It does not look impressive, but speckled trout viciously slam these lures. I troll these in my kayak when moving from point A to Point B. When casting, they perform at their best with short sharp jerks with pauses in between.
Pros
  • cast well
Cons
  • requires the rod tip to make it dance

Good swimming lure
November 1, 2014
This is a nicely finished swimming minnow lure. It's only half an ounce so you are not going to get much casting distance with it, but this is an issue for all plastic swimming minnows. The lure swimms well with a nice, tight swimmin motion. iI also contains a rattle which seems to work well.
Pros
  • Nice finish, good swimming motion
Cons
  • Limited casting distance due to weight
