Megabass VISION 110 FX Jerk Baits are the tournament-spec model of the immensely popular and incredibly successful VISION 110. Featuring a Megabass original Variable Resistance Flap-Bill (Pat.P), the lip tucks into the body during casts, and opens when the lure hits the water. This revolutionary feature makes the FX 110 cast farther and move more erratically than its predecessor. Preliminary field-testing has demonstrated a nearly 20% increase in casting distance over the original 110.
Distance isn't the only improvement; since the Variable Resistance Flap-Bill(Pat.P) moves on a pivot, the bill-angle varies with the amount of water pressure, allowing for unique action. This means that with a hard ''jerk, jerk, jerk'' retrieve, the FX 110 will exhibit truly erratic action, mimicking the flat-out panic of a baitfish in distress. The Flap-Bill will also breathe new life into the subtle rod movements often required in pre-spawn situations, transforming each delicate twitch into distinctive action. These dynamic three-dimensional movements will make past jerk baits seem obsolete.

Megabass jerkbait pros are it does catch fish like no other. Cons - expensive, hooks do not last, color of lure chips easily, and Megabass does not care( I contacted them directly with these problems). It's a tossup-- i love catching fish-- the cost, well I would not mind so much if they would attempt to harden the color on the lure and throw in an extra hook- or provide a repair kit for the color that you could purchase. Overall a great bait with with a cost
