Megabass Deep-X 100 LBO Crankbaits represent the next step forward in crankbait design by delivering greater casting distance, faster startup action, and optimal deflection characteristics. At the core of these advancements is Megabass' new Linear Bearing Oscillator (LBO) system that improves upon existing weight transfer technology found in hardbaits. The LBO system reduces friction for a smoother weight transfer, and uses a neodymium magnetic anchor point to secure the weight in a precise frontal location where it powers the best action. Not only does this provide a precise high pitch rolling action and intense flashing, but the low center of gravity of the LBO plays the role of a shaft balancer, combining the power point and action point for excellent responsiveness and immediate start up action on every cast. The Deep-X 100 features a compact body that allows it to reach its maximum diving depth of approximately 8 ft very quickly and displays unrivaled obstacle deflection as the LBO system helps the bait immediately reengage its swimming action once a deflection has been made. From ponds, to rivers, to large lakes, this versatile crankbait can easily hammer out results in any field.
