The Keitech Crazy Flapper can be Texas rigged, fished on your favorite jig head, used on the drop shot, and makes a great jig trailer. These baits are dual injected using different types of PVC plastics. This gives them a perfect combination of softness and durability. Its body design slithers through cover while the claws and tentacles flutter seductively following the slightest movement. This allows the angler to use less weight, slow down the fall, and keep the bait in the strike zone longer. The claws and tentacles flutter following the slightest twitch of the rod tip and require a much lighter weight to achieve maximum action.

The name fits very well. It flaps like crazy! I find that bass likes to short strike this bait 90% of the time no matter how fast or slow I retrieve. The action out of the bait is killer.

Works great but not durable

Everything about this bait is great accept the durability. It says that it is durable but, in fact it is very much the opposite. It’s way more brittle than other baits. I went through these very fast because it just can’t handle the pressure. If this was as durable as a z-man bait it would be the best bait on the market by far.

Cons
- Breaks very easy. You’ll spend way to much much trying to keep a good supply

You can rig these soft plastics many ways. It can be put on the back of a swim jig. You can use a plain jighead. Or you can use a plain hook. An offset hook will work for texas rigging as well. Choose how you want to fish it, then rig it up specifically.Â
