I don't see mounting detail for this rod rack. Does it mount to the bumper of a 2012 Jeep Wrangler? If so, is it easy off-on?

It comes with hardware to bolt onto the bumper, or can also mount to a 2" receiver hitch by using receiver adapters #327 or #563 sold separately.
