Bought this rod even though i was skeptical of its quality because of the price but that had no effect and i have landed plenty of big fish with it

Use for bottom fishing paired with a penn 220 gto reel and 30lb line. Works great for hauling up rock cod, sometimes two at a time and a 10 to 16 ounce weight. Rod has lots of backbone but is a touch on the heavy side. Great rod for the price.

can i use this for both spinning and lever drag reels? if not, any suggestion?

This can not be used with a spinning reel. Only a conventional reel. There is only one rod that we sell that is a "dual purpose" rod, meaning you can use both spinning and conventional paired up with it. It is the Century SS1415 Sling Shot Rod - 11 ft. 9 in.. I do not know of any boat rods that are dual purpose.
