I recently ordered a ZeeBaas power knob directly from ZeeBaas online with 2 day shipping. The standard round and oval knobs that come with the reel have O-rings on it for grip and they dry rot and fall off (which happened to mine). 2 weeks went by and I started calling them. IF they answered the phone the guy would say "Ill get on that right now, personally." Don't even bother emailing them or leaving a message they won't call or email you back. After 2 more weeks of phone calls they finally sent it and it was the wrong size... luckily the length of the handle was the only difference and I could take the power knob off the handle it came with and put it on the existing one. Another downside is they dont sell just the knob, you cannot buy just a knob like Van Staal you have to buy the handle too.
