The Z-Man Trout Trick Jerk Shrimpz is made to mimic movements of a fleeing shrimp. Ideal for rigging on a jighead and made to be fished with short, sharp jerking of the rod. Allow the shrimp to settle to the bottom on a semi-slack line for frantic fleeing motion. Great for rigging on EZ keeperZ weighted hooks or other similar swimbait hooks. Ideal for targeting strikes from redfish, snook, seatrout, small tarpon, and flounder species. Great for flats and deeper water.

  • Tucked-under tail and flat belly creates natural gliding action on the fall
  • Thin appendages and twin paddletail antennae produce lively action when twitched and hopped
  • Tail-first design mimics backwards swimming action of frantic, fleeing shrimp

Awesome shrimp lure

This is one of my favorite shrimp lures to use even though it is not scented. they are great to rig on a jig head or in really shallow water they can be used weightless when you don't have to cast that far. They are great to use for redfish, snook, and trout in charleston. One interesting way to rig them that I found and really like is to use them on a Ned rig. I think that this gives them great action.
Pros
  • Action
  • durability
  • colors
