I have these in the slam shady color. Killed it! It seems like this is the only one from the zman swimbait line that I can keep it straight on a jighead.

These are great lures with great action and an awesome scent. I use these lures for striped bass and blues in the back bay of New Jersey and they are also good for trout and reds in Charleston. The one problem with these lures is if they are left in your bag for a while they will begin to melt together, not from heat. I think it has to do with the scent because my other Zman products don't do this.

Super soft but very durable - it’s hard to go back to other plastics when I have these as an option. Almost gel-like, much softer than most other brands but still more durable at the same time. Cold water doesn’t interfere with the action at all which is another advantage over some alternatives.

I switched from Berkeley Gulp to Z-Man a few years ago. These baits swim great and are the most durable I have ever used. It is not uncommon to catch over 40 fish on one bait. In fact, on one bait I landed 132 fish before I had to replace it. Species caught on the Z-Man Scented PaddlerZ Baits by me include Speckled Trout, Red Drum, Flounder, Black Drum, Striped Bass and even some Bluefish. The price is right, they last and they catch fish. What more could one want from a bait?

I’ve caught smallmouth and striped bass, weakfish, speckled trout, redfish, fluke and Bluefish with this bait. Rigged the same way for all, on a 1/4 ounce jig.
