The Z-Man Chatterbait has come a long way to say the least. There are currently about a dozen different versions of it on the market and even more variations made by other companies. I mostly fish the Jack Hammer these days, but I still have plenty Originals in my tackle box. They're affordable, high-quality, fish-catching machines. I admit, I was skeptical to fish these for sometime, but they flat out work! I like white for mildly stained water.

This thing gives off a ton of action and has a great presentation is the water. My fav color is probably the green pumpkin because it looks more realistic
