perfect ned heads

most brands make 1/16 and 1/8 oz, 1/16 being to hard to cast and 1/8 being alittle to heavy and sacrificing lure action. 1/10 is the happy medium that i needed.

Love Z-Man products and their line of Ned rig hooks are so good that I haven't thought about another option and don't plan to. These work great with the TRD worms and crawfish. So easy to use that you almost can't do it wrong.

Perfect for NED RIG setup!

Got the green color and setup with the TRD Ned Rig worm in both green pumpkin and blue color. It works wonderfully, the falling action makes it look like a bait fish diving down and at the right speed. So far with this Ned Rig setup, I have not skunk once at the local pond. A game changer!
Pros
- Perfect weight and falls like a real baitfish. Takes a good beaten and the first jig head must lasted me over 30 fishes (LMB and SMB).

Perfect Jig Head For Ned's Rig

This little jig head will keep your TRD (Ned's Rig) tail floating up as it should. The hook has a welded on barb that holds the incredibly tough TRD soft bait on solidly. I don't change tails when I want a different color because that causes wear on the tails that if properly cared for can last an entire season. I just tie on a new head with a different color tail.
I leave the tails on the heads once they are installed. It's an extreme rarity a fish will pull the tail down so wear on the tails in minimal.
