Great deal on a cool combo. Mag makes long, long casts and the darting motion irresistable to hungry fish. Works best in cross current or against current. Great color combos too.
Pros
- Casts a country mile on my 11 footer
- Lip is resistent to bumps and bruises from pilings and other hazards

- Not as effective when fished with the current due to reduced darting action

... I fish in the back bays of south shore Long Island..this was the hot lure for me especially in the spring...the erratic motion really turns the fish on with just a little twitching on the retrieve... it casts great and has a rattle...I bought this kit for next season... great price

There's a lot of positive talk about mag darters. I have a hard time getting much distance with the lighter ones. I also am not totally enamered of the heavier ones which seem to work best in the current. These seem like a happy medium. Haven't caught anything on them yet, but I keep trying. Feels like a good plug.
