The Yo-Zuri Hydro Minnow LC lure is a realistically designed minnow style lure. It's made to imitate a wide array of baitfish. It has a weight transfer system for long casts. The long cast of this lure allows you to stay far away from predatory fish to maintain your stealth while hunting them. It features a tight wiggling action that will bring the saltwater species predatory fish right to you. Ideal for hunting down inshore species along the coast and casting stripers from the beach.

We trying a lot of lures for years and this one was perfect for giant peacock bass, long cast, big lure, great color and floating, simply perfect.

This is definitely a fantastic lure to have. It casts well although I wish the 6 inch version was heavier to get more casting distance. Nevertheless, the action is really good and looks very enticing. I have used this in the night and the flash is more noticeable than say the Daiwa Salt Pro Minnow.
It floats and dives shallow, so bare this in mind when purchasing.

Finding a good shallow water minnow in the right size is hard enough. Finding one that casts over the state line and has a crazy good wobble, that's a rare bird. Well not so rare, these minnows are great for shallow bay applications when chasing picky stripers and blues. Will not walk out into the suds without Pearl Yellow, Pearl Candy, and Bronze.

I switched out the big trebles for in line single hooks and the lure performs as expected. Casts long distance (surf fishing) has good action and Tarpon love it
