While I haven't used the jointed Deep Diver...YET...it looks like the right ticket.

I have had great success with Deep Divers for any number of years, including a 29 pound king mack on a 4 inch pink lure when I was targeting Spanish macks. I have NOT doubt that the bigger lure, with the joint, will be deadly on bigger kings and mahi. Looking forward to giving it a whirl.
