What is the actual height of the boot itself? Is it a 15" boot? If we get the boot and it doesn't fit what is your return policy?

Hello Grace, the our return policy is 30 days unused and the item in its original packaging. From the Heel to the top of the boot is 15 inches as well as the actual size.
