Very nice split ring pliers

Very good quality split rings pliers. I'm not sure they're stainless steel so they don't go anywhere near the water. One quirk is that they are spring loaded and stay open when not in use. It's a bit annoying for storage purposes. I hold them closed with an elastic on the handle.
