The Williamson Abyss Speed Jig has a unique potbelly shape that will get your jig down fast and enable you to fish harder and longer. Yet the computer aided design will offer far less retrieve resistance than any other jigs and make your days fishing a lot less tiring. All our jigs have special space age color fluo glow paints on the belly and the gill plates to trigger strikes from the predators that are down deep. All Abyss Speed Jigs come pre-rigged with a single assist hook.

Paint came off.
March 22, 2017
They looked good and are made well have been using them in the past. Bought these to replace the ones the sharks took while landing tuna. The new one I was using the other day the paint came off one side after catching only 5 or 6 tuna and that is the reason for 3 stars and not 5.

Is there a depth recommendation for these jigs? What weight would be appropriate for 75-100 ft.?
1 Answer
Hi John, These jigs can reach deep depths depending on the current and conditions that you have. The 200 gram size would be a great all around choice as you can get to the bottom quicker and work deeper depths effectively. https://www.tackledirect.com/williamson-abyss-asj200-speed-jig.html Please let us know if theres anything else we can assist you with.
