The eyes were too large to effectively crimp down on another hook. Please, buy another hook if you want crip down on another hook. It doesn't work!!!!

I wasn’t aware that VMC started to make a 8/0 Siwash. It’s wasn’t until I went to order some 7/0 VMC Siwash that l saw the 8/0’s that will fit much better on my 11” crossover bait!! Thank you Tackle Direct!

I have been using these to replace the tail treble hooks on my plugs. It does not cause me to lose any fish and actually increases the action on a lot of plugs.

I am replacing the treble hooks on A67 and A87 jigs. What size vmc hook do I need? Are vmc and gamakatsu siwash hooks sized anout the same?

The A67 hooks can be replaced with a size 4/0 or 5/0 hook and the A87 can be paired with a 7/0 or 8/0 size Gamakatsu Siwash Hooks. I personally have used the Siwsh hooks on the A47 jig and they worked like a charm.
