I wanted to replace my rusty hooks on my rapala deep dive 30+ plugs
I had ordered the completely wrong hooks. So i called up and the guys at TD they knew exactly what type hook i needed. And sent it to me ,i got them the next day ....awesome!!!!!

I replace most stock hooks on plugs with these. Most plugs under $8 come with lesser grade hooks. These are the best choice in terms of cost and performance.

These 4x VMC trebles are my goto replacement hooks. I fish a lot of hardbaits (Mirrodines, Super Spook, Pop-R, Bomber Long A, and on and on) for spotted seatrout, redfish, bluefish and stripers and have to change the hooks periodically, to replace either old rusty hooks or inadequate original hooks, and these are the best. Get yourself a pair of split ring pliers and some quality stainless split rings (sometimes the originals on plugs are also less than ideal) and go for it!
These hooks are seriously strong and stand up to tough saltwater gamefish, AND they are seriously sharp right out of the package.

In the never ending search to find terminal tackle that can withstand the corrosion and abuse of offshore kayak fishing, these permasteel trebles are the best I have found. Stays sharp and withstands rust. Primarily use them for kingfish stinger rigs.
