this is a different variation to the standard o-ring which is why i purchased it. The baits run with a subtle variation to the standard o-ring. Different action equates to a different trigger.

great for smaller lures where you need to tie a loop know to fish correctly. Now I just clip on - same action as a loop knot and faster, easier lure changes - especially at night

I use two lures that are difficult to use any sort of clip with -
Charlie Graves tin squid - the hole is very fat.
Gibbs small polaris - the eye is recessed.
Big round split-rings, I think effect the action.
So I've got high hopes for these. Maybe I'll let everybody know in June or July.

Hi Phil, According to VMC, The VMC LTSR is not a symmetrical split ring like a standard split ring and doesn’t have a singular inner dimension. The dimension between the top of the split ring and the bottom (drawing a straight line) is approximately 8.5 mm. The widest point of the split ring towards the bottom of the ring is approximately 5 mm. Please let us know if theres anything else we can assist you with. Tight Lines.
