Eel baits made from natural pork95 Baits$6.99 USD
The Meat Eels from Uncle Josh are the best thing without the actual real thing. They are just like real sand eels. Made from natural pork that stays firmly on the hook with a natural undulating swim action. These baits can be used for inshore/offshore, and surf fishing as well. These should be stored in a cool dry place to retain freshness.

these pork eels stay on the hook forever, and they produce a great action that catches many species of fish.

Like the idea of them, don't know if they are worth it yet

Bought these in hopes of increasing my odds. To date I've caught more fish on the same lure without using it than having it, 3 to 0. Maybe it was just not the day for it, will see how it goes.

Tantalizing
October 7, 2013
I've started using these when trolling tube & worm. The action is quite tantalizing for Stripers & Bluefish. Unlike sea worms, these can handle many caught fish w/o changing.
Pros
  • Great action
  • Durable against teeth
Cons
  • Where placed on to hook, tends to loosen somewhat quickly
