The Ugly Tech blanks used for the Tiger Elite Series utilize a higher graphite content than the standard Tiger Rods, making them lighter and more sensitive, while still retaining the toughness you'd expect from an Ugly Stik. These casting models are fitted with a trigger style reel seat, making them more accommodating for smaller conventional reels and baitcasters. The Ugly Tuff one piece stainless steel guides resist corrosion and eliminate insert pop-outs. All models feature diamond shrink tube wrapped rear handles with EVA foregrips. What action would you say this rod is? Would it be good for bucktailing 6 ounce bucktails or would the tip b to soft? Thank you!

If the jig your using is 6oz and that's the max weight your using then yes the Tiger Elite Casting Rod can handle that weight.
