A favorite choice for saltwater anglers coast to coast, the Inshore Select series is perfect for striper fishing the back bays of the Northeast to targeting redfish and speckled trout on the Gulf Coast. The Inshore Select Blanks are built with significantly more graphite than previous generations, making them lighter and more sensitive, but still retain the legendary toughness that Ugly Stiks are known for. These rods are built with signature Ugly Stik design features such as a Clear Tip design for superior strength and sensitivity, and Ugly Tuff one piece stainless steel guides that resist corrosion and eliminate insert pop-outs. All models feature even taper actions that make for excellent casting distance with smaller live baits and artificial lures and are fitted with premium cork handles etched with the Ugly Stik logo. All models are covered by a 7 year warranty.

These are 2 of the best rods Ive ever used been using ugly stick rods for 20 years love the action and the length great for casting for speckle trout and red fish.

Very happy with this rod. I use it in shallow salt water for everything from small jigs, split shotting, live bait and even sabiki bait rigs. Love it.

Cant beat the durability

This is my go to rod for loaning to friends that are learning haha. Its perfect, only downside I can say is it’s not so sensitive but it makes up in the durability category
