Exactly what I wanted

I have a vintage 1960s Boston Whaler. I had just replaced the console with a fiberglass one. This seat is designed just like the original. It is well built, rugged and looks like it will hold up. Great storage space under the seat or a live well. I am very pleased with it.

How does the backrest lock? Is there anything keeping the backrest from being pushed forward when rids are in rod holders?
1 Answer
The backrest does not lock and it should not move forward on its own.

Everthing comes with it to have a full functional live well
1 Answer
This is more of a universal cooler than livewell. You can use it as a livewell because it has a drain, but this does not come with a pump or anything else a standard livewell would come with.
