Thundermist Stingnose Jigging Spoons are realistic looking, so they trigger fish's natural instinct to bite. The hook is strategically located at the head, as that is where fish strike first. Stingnose Jigging Spoons produce an enticing fall that simulates an injured bait fish and attracts more fish. Great for fresh water, saltwater and excellent for ice fishing as well.

Good jigs for perch
March 13, 2022
These are very good for perch in 20 -30 foot of water. The only thing I would do is replace small treble hook with a siwash single hook for better catch ratio.

Great Utility Lure
February 16, 2022
This is a great utility lure especially when casting on windy days. Recommended you rig with 20 foot wire leader and 60 pound mono as the chrome tends to attract barracuda. The retrieve either medium to medium fast to fast works.

If jigged it is good to add dressed assist hooks and move the trebble hook back.

Classic utility lure

Everything eats a minnow and nearly everything deep will bite a jigging spoon at the right time. Like the flutter and slow drop on these because you can feel the flutter stop if it gets hit on the way down even if you don't feel the take. 1oz is great for 30-50ft of depth.

Great action, low profile

This is my favorite jig, the silver is actually mirror chrome. I moved the treble hook to the rear and added assist hooks in front. This jig catches everything.

These are my favorite jigging spoons, they cast a mile and the slender profile makes for great action. I started using them for walleye but found out if you put a little worm on the hook they work great on catfish.

Nice lure
August 20, 2016
Good lure. I'm using it for saltwater, fluke and Seabass etc. so I replaced the treble hook with a larger single hook for easier releases. The largest size is 2 3/4 oz which is good only if the drift is slow. Wish it came in a 3 or 4 oz.
