Great for catch and release

I use this after fights with large striped bass. It sometimes takes a fight to get them to the boat, so they need a little extra attention in getting them to swim away. The Fish Grip let's me hold them at the side or back of the boat, and keep them in the water to recover. When they are ready to go, releasing is super easy.

Pretty solid grip. It does glow and float. The grip is not ideal for smaller fish.

its a really good fish grip for a good price, its strong and sturdy also it floats and glows in the dark, only thing is that its big so its hard to use with smaller fish besides that its perfect

caught a 6 Lb. channel cat and used the fish grip so I could get the hook out. They work fine saved my fingers. And turned the fish loose.

Not much to improve from on this simple tool. Well worth the cost to use for inshore as everything has teeth! Allows you to keep control, dehook, and snap a photo without having to get fingers close to anything sharp!

These things are great both using in a boat or surf fishing. The fit and finish are very good. The box says made in USA....they float...tans they don’t corrode. They also have a scale offset so that you can weigh your fish using these...you just have to subtract a few ounces.
