Best spinner bait in my opinion

This was the first spinnerbait I actually bought with my own money when I was a kid. I still have it after all these years(about 15 years ago) I’ve had to change the skirt quite a few times but the blades and wire and even the hook is still in great shape.
Pros
  • Great vibration
Cons
  • None

Best quality construction!!!

I first bought these spinnerbaits in 2003 at Bass Pro Shops. The unit cost of the T1 was almost $10, but I still use these baits 15 years later! I've experienced maybe 2 frame breaks since my original purchase, so the quality is outstanding! I have 1/4oz, 3/8oz, 1/2oz in single and tandem blades with double Willow, Willow/Colorado, Oklahoma/Colorado. I simply replace the old skirts, sharpen the hooks, add a trailer, maybe a trailer hook, and still catch fish. The T1's never need adjusting. I've customized some of my T1's with Indiana blades, and the action works great! no matter the technique: Slow rolling, burning, or standard retrieve, fish react.
Pros
  • Great action, high-quality materials.
Cons
  • Occasional frame breaks. (owned black, single spin for 15 years before frame snapped)

Best i have ever used

I LOVE the T1's, they are super durable fish magnets. I had one break but that was after I let someone borrow it and they got it seriously hung up on a tree and distorted the hook getting it out. I bent the hook back, caught many LMB and months later it broke in half after another fish and subsequent cast. I know they cost more than other spinnerbaits but everything is quality, the hooks, wire, skirt, blades and finish.
Pros
  • Hook
  • Skirt
  • Wire
  • Finish
  • Blades
Cons
  • Price but justified because of the quality

Excellent Durability
December 2, 2018
I'm very impressed with the durability of the Terminator T1 line of spinnerbaits. When targeting bass, I will also catch Northern's, Musky, and an occasional Bowfin. The T1 lineup has proven to be much more durable when catching these species.

I do wish they had more SKU's, some colors are only available as CW or WW and I would also like to see some single blade options.

Finally I think they could use some better split rings, I've had to replace a few out of the box.
Pros
  • Durability
Cons
  • Split Rings
