The Tady big 4/0 is a lure named after the size reel with which it's most commonly fished. It's a huge, beefy lure guaranteed to catch any hungry fish's eye. These lures are made for fishing deep yet still maintain their "swimming" qualities. Cast or drop these lures and retrieve them at a medium/fast speed. Cover the zone and drop back down and repeat! Great for deep water species, Deep Yellowtail, Tuna, and Grouper. They can be used in the Northeast, fishing riptides and "the Canal".

You can never go wrong with a Tady. I use these lures for Tuna off the Southwest Coast of California and Mexico. You wont be disappointed, worth the money!

I'm late in the yellowtail season, but wanted to get into irons. Everyone talked about Tady so I decided get one. This is one solid piece of metal with a nice finish and treble hook. I tried to yo-yo with it out at Catalina island recently and came up empty. I blame the fisherman and not the lure. I've added a couple of Tady surface irons to my arsenal and will keep practicing.

Do any of these colors incorporate glow in their finish? They look like an interesting lure to try slow-pitch jigging with, off the west Fla. Gulf coast, for various grouper, snapper and pelagics.
A definite add to my next order to experiment with anyway!
