Just returned from striper trip on 5-19-16, but the bluefish were so thick the jig couldn't make to the bottom. The Capt. found a massive school of herring and rainfish, so I swam the jig instead of yo-yoing and the bluefish could not resist it. The action was non-stop with blues up to 16 LBS. and the photo finish on the jigs held up flawlessly. Some tooth marks but no real damage to the jig finish. These 4/0 jigs will be heading to the canyons this fall.
