I took this out today for some schoolie fishing. It casts very easily (better than similar plugs of the same size and weight). I got a nice schoolie right away. Gotta get some other colors.

Great Casting ability for a small lure!

Just lost one of my favorite lures and replaced it immediately. Bought two more white ones and one new Chartreuse. I've caught schoolie bass as well as a few 20lbers. Casts well and has really nice action. Durable plug. Will always keep one in my bag whether fishing from the beach or boat.

Some lures just feel better on the cast and retrieve, the Tactical Anglers Jr. BombPOPPER is one of them.
Pros
- Nice detailing, sturdy hooks and components (unlike some plugs), and feels like it will last me several seasons, although I've only had mine for a year.

These are my favorite poppers. They float for they are very easy to work. However, they seem to have a weight transfer system and cast better than the floating (green eye) Super Strike poppers. The hooks are good quality out of the box (4x VMC?)

great popper that casts well and has a rattle too! works good with both the bass and the bluefish. i only gave it 4 stars because the swivel on the belly is way oversized and it makes it a little bulky when trying to squeeze it into a plug bag.

I used these on the north shore of Long Island last October and I absolutely crushed the bass with it. The blue and silver was the way to go with all the peanut bunker.

Beautiful piece of tackle. I bought it for a Florida trip to Sebastian Inlet to use for jacks and snook. After about three casts the popper was no longer a surface lure and would sink.
Tackle Direct replaced it - but I am pretty disappointed with that for a 20 dollar lure.
Never got to use it.

I used this popper a lot last spring and summer. I caught of blues and bass on this plug. I also use the super strike popper and I like this plug a little better. Casts amazing and easy to pop.
