which reel would you recommend if wanting to pay less than the price of a Talica or even a Marquesa but remaining lighter than Tyrnos to target sailfish in south Florida

Penn Fathom Lever Drag reels are good and price and a 40 size will cover sailfish. If you are interested in Shimano check out the new SpeedMaster 16II.
