They are a little long for me, I usually wear a 30" inseam. However the bibs are pretty thick and held up to some fairly cool temps on the Gulf. Haven't tried them in the rain yet.

There sizing should be about average, size L runs 36-38.5 and XL 38.5-40.5.
I would recommend going with the bigger fit as you will most likely be having several layers underneath
