Buy once, cry once. I've tried other lines, many off brands trying to save a buck here and there. Sure they will be 30lb braid, but they come in and look like rope. Not any more, Suffix is now my go to. Go the big spool do do all my reels.

I started using this line after using power pro for many years, this line is strong and smooth and seems to hold up alot better over time than PP

There are better fishing line out there but for the price Suffix 832 is pretty hard to beat. I generally go with the 80# braid for bigger fish.

I have used Suffix 832 braid with good results This braid is easonably priced with great performance. I usually use the 65# for fishing leopard sharks, rays, or pulling big lingcod from deep structure.

I have had zero issues with this braid. Pulled in some big fish with this stuff. This stuff is strong and I havent noticed any major color change. I havent tried every brand out there but I feel this has a good balance of not being too slick (good for knots) but enough to help cast efficiently. Havent had any wind knots but I feel like they are caused by technique rather than the line itself.
Anyways I trust this braid, if u you spool your line tight, have your knots tied properly, and have good technique when u cast and retrieve, this braid will do its job.

Switched from Spiderwire Camo Braid to 832 - Cast further, no wind knots extremely strong and holds FG knots well to floro. The color makes it less visible in various conditions allowing me to get far more strikes than previous.

When fishing grouper you must be able to TRUST the line you have on your reel. With some line you can feel a bite, with some lines seems you can feel a sniff, with this line I think you can feel a wink.

Smooth casting, far distance without effort, no wind knots, no rod slapping. Upgrading from 12 lb fluorocarbon, these are some benefits that I've gained from switching lines.
Pros
- Overall better line.
- Smoother action and casting distance.
- Minimal to no rod slapping.
- No wind knots.
Cons
- Sensitivity - Feels like I've lost some sensitivity, I don't feel the fish tapping or knocking the line like I did on the fluorocarbon.
