Perfect for Heavy Jigging and Casting
March 30, 2021
I bought the 7'2 XH Fast model for heavier jigging offshore and I love it. Not only does the rod look amazing and have super nice grips, but it has plenty of backbone and sensitivity to fight whatever you hook. If you want a rod that is on the less expensive side and still get high-end quality, this is the perfect rod for you!

Amazing Rod at The Price Point
March 30, 2021
I bought the 6'10 Medium version as a stronger bass rod for punching, fishing inshore, and lighter bottom fishing for things like seabass and flounder and I have been extremely happy with the rod so far. It looks great, feels supple and sensitive, and is also quite sturdy. I think that this rod is great value if you buy one!

How would these pair with an Avet Sx Raptor?
1 Answer
Dustin,

The St.Croix Mojo Musky rods will pair nicely with the Avet SX MC Raptor, the MC (Magic Cast Control) will allow you to cast the reel without the worry of backlashes.  The recommendation would be the 7'2" and 7'6" models, but depending on what you are fishing for will determine the length and action you need.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

what size would be best with a 300 daiwa lexa? (need it a little on the heavier side)
1 Answer
Clayton,

If your looking for something a little heavier to go with the Daiwa Lexa 300, the St.Croix Mojo Musky conventional rod MJM76MHF or MJM72MHF would be the one.  It will depend on your length preference.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

Thinking outside the box here. I have heard that these rods also make pretty good inshore rods, especially for redfish? Any opinion or facts on that matter?
1 Answer
I definitely believe these would work for that! Especially for bigger bull reds.
