Very comfortable grip and the action is just what I was hoping for.
Pros
  • Not to stiff and still a fast tip.
Cons
  • Eyelets are a tiny bit on the larger side but not bad at all.

What size reel can you fit on these rods? Like is a 500 or 1000 size reel okay? Can I even go up to 1500 size for these?

Thank you.

1 Answer
1000 size is usually the standard size for a ice reel although you can go a little larger to a 1500
