Great rod for Crankin’

I purchased the 6’10” MM about a year ago for small squarebills and lipless crankbaits. I have this bad boy paired up with a Shimano Curado K and it fishes like a dream! Great castability and keeps fish pinned with those trebles. Highly recommended rod by St Croix!

castability is awesome, lightweight so all day casting is easy on the arm! Very sensitive rod. Hooking ability is great plus enough shock action in rod to not loose fish hooked with crankbaits!

Would these rods work for light bucktails (0.5-1.5 ounce) for fluke fishing? Would be paired with an Abu Gracia Reco Toro NACL.
