Bought 20lb to spool up my spinfisher 4500 reel and it's been great for surf and jetty fishing. Fish strikes harder now with no stretch in the line.

Shad season came around (Mid March in VA) so I decided to give it a try. In terms of strength and casting distance and smoothness it worked very well but in term of handling the line to make knots, cutting damaged segments I had a problem. After few cast the line became to silky to handle and when dry it would stick to my hands. Other than that is a reliable line.

Good quality braid. Seems to be a bit rough and noisy through the guides, but gets the job done. Has performed well on fluke.
