SoftScience Fin 2.0 Men's Fishing Shoes are part of SoftScience's water collection. These performance boat shoes are lace-up water shoes with a self draining system. The all-synthetic mesh upper is fast drying and offers support and traction on slick boat decks.

SoftScience Sizing & Fit Guide
SoftScience shoes are designed and engineered to provide a roomy and generous fit.
Their shoes come only in whole sizes, so if you normally wear a 9.5, choose your SoftScience shoe in a size 10. This generous fit feels secure, but not snug, and allows for breathability, ventilation and healthy foot circulation to keep you comfortable.
- Wide fit: For an ideal fit, have a gap of at least half a pinky finger on either side of your heel and above your instep.
- Generous length: With wiggle room in the front of the shoe, your toes shouldn't touch.
- Comfortable heel: Your heel shouldn't rest against the back of the shoe and may ride up and down slightly.
- The Trileon Insole: At the core of the SoftScience shoes' construction and personality is a proprietary material called Trileon. Trileon insoles are cushioned, stable and lightweight, allowing SoftScience to produce a shoe weighing just six to ten ounces that is comfortable with high-impact resistance and support. Trileon is used in the shoes' durable outsole and in the removable, washable insole. The outsole and insole combine to produce the unique comfort experience, which is the ''WOW'' factor in all SoftScience shoes. The Trileon insole provides superior comfort and stability, but you can also remove and replace it with your own custom orthotic.

This is the most comfortable boat shoe I have ever worn. Super light almost feels you are not wearing any shoe and also has great support and cushioning.

A gift for my son. He had surgery on his ankle so when he goes fishing he has pain in his leg from standing on his boat for long periods & these shoes have really helped with that. Run a little small so get it a half size up. Loved the sale price. Great quality.

So far, this shoe has served me well during the summer in FL.It is a good addition to my arsenal of boat shoes to include Sperry,, Keen, Cabelas , Rugged Shark and LL Bean. I fish year round and these shoes will see seasonal abuse. You cannot have enough shoes, rods, reels, lures or boats. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. never complain about what your wife spends om herself or grandchildren. Just buy my more from Tackle Direct. Don't get even; get ahead.
Pros
- It has great traction on the deck; true to size; comfortable w/o socks; and great cushioning. It has 360 degree lacing to boot.
Cons
- None yet. They are obviously not a winter shoe. LL Bean has that covered nicely along with Cabelas.

I have really bad feet. Usually after hours fishing on my boat my feet are in pain. That was until I bought these shoes. No more foot pain! Extremely comfortable and stable
on deck. So much so that I purchased a second pair for around the house. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

well built shoe for the marine environment however i would not recommend this shoe if you have a narrow to normal foot, i have a very wide foot and this shoe is perfect.

Greatest Shoe Ever!

SoftScience was recommended to me by a fellow teacher that had a lot of problems with his feet. His doctor had recommended them for him. I ordered a pair and they are unbelievably comfortable. I have a corn on one of my toes and if the shoe is binding at all I experience great pain. Have been wearing them weeks now and have had nothing but HAPPY FEET
