The Smithwick ASDRD12 Suspending Super Rogue 5in is a legendary jerkbait for bass and walleyes. For casters, it features an internal weight-transfer system that produces long, accurate casts. Anglers trolling it for walleyes appreciate the molded-in lip and true-tracking right out of the package. The weight-transfer system allows the rattle to roll to the end of the lure on the cast, putting the weight right where it needs to be to maximize distance and accuracy. When the Smithwick ASDRD12 Suspending Super Rogue 5in hits the water, the rattle moves to the forward position to produce sound with each twitch or movement of the lure.

Perfect lure

This has to be my all time favorite lure. Spring after spring I hammer everything on it. I've caught big pike, walleye, small mouth, large mouth, and even steel head and browns on this lure. It's got to be the best jerkbait on the market.

I used this lure upstate NY and was very succesful catching Walleye with this at night. I would cast it out and bring it in with some twitching and stops. On my best night had 3 nice Walleye around 20". The perch color worked the best.

Still one of the best jerkbaits around. I change out the #6 front trebles for #4s to give it a nose down profile and better action.
Clown and Avocado shad colors are my favorite.
Hard to beat in 48-60 degree water.

- Catches fish. Great action in cold water and excellent quality for the price.

- Front trebles are little small, but easily changed.
