Anyone know if this flush mount kit works with the Simrad NSS7 evo2 also?

Unfortunately the evo2 is wider, this flush mount would not work with the evo2.

I have seen a product number for this flush mount kit as well as product number 000-12374-001 for a flush mount gasket - does this kit 000-12366-001 come with a gasket and therefore 000-12374-001 is only a replacement, or do I need purchase both in order to appropriately flush mount?

There is a gasket , screws , template and o-ring. You will need a different sun cover if you need one. go7 sun cover 000-12368-001 or B&G Vulcan 000-12369-001.
