Simms Solar Sombrero

This Simms hat is really lightweight! Wearing it all day, you can forget that it's on. Very comfortable, and does do a good job at keeping your neck from being cooked to a crisp. It dries quickly, and is flat as a pancake once you take it off. Good investment!
Pros
- Very lightweight, comfortable.
Cons
- Brim could be a bit larger, and hold it's shape better. As light at it is, make sure to use the chin strap, because wind will blow it off of your head.

Just what you expect from Simms

This is my second one, I looked at the Costa one online and it didn't appear to be any different so I stuck with Simms as they have been in the apparel business for a while and haven't let me down. The hat has a draw string which is great when you have a windy day you can sinch it down. This hat is very packable it goes flat to fit anywhere. I have a bald head so I put a few hours on this hat and they hold up well.
