I have yet to test out their waterproof ability but I can speak about 32? fishing. I was fishing after sundown and it was 32? out and the gloves worked OK. Obviously my fingertips that were in the cut off areas were colder than the full glove areas, but that’s to be expected. I can say that I would not have been able to fish very long with thinner gloves for sure so I was grateful to have the full set on while fishing. The dexterity in the fingers leaves a little bit of extra material at the tips as a heads up. I think for what you’re trying to do, or what I was trying to do specifically, the gloves got the job done. I would not have been able to fish bare handed at all and would have been done very quickly had I used my other slimmer gloves in the night time cold.
