strong and durable material for lifting up to medium large fish, the extension system makes it easier to quickly change lengths while in action. was able to gaff and lift a 30+ pound jack with no problems or worries and it bending. prefer for many applications with many accessories to use and a threaded adapter to use even more tools for other brands.
Pros
  • very versatile, extending and retracting and changing between tools are very simple on the go.
Cons
  • the inner tube is heavier than the outer tube so it's a bit front heavy and unbalanced when fully extended.

I originally bought this handle to use with a deck brush, but storage space on a 24' Center Console is at a premium. This handle can be use with a brush, catch net and gaff attachment saving both space and dollars.
