This is a really nice, well built production rod. This is my first Terez and I am impressed with the quality. I wanted a slick butt for use in the boat and the design for braid, number of guides and action are great.

Most of Shimano's conventional jigging rods are geared towards slow-pitch jigging or just wouldn't make a good chunking rod, but the Ocean Tackle International Fathom Blade Jigging Rod has potential to act as both a jigging and chunking rod.
