Good rod
January 17, 2020
Don't want to simply talk about price point . This is simply a good rod . I throw swimbaits and I purchased the rod because it's a composite that has alot of backbone most of the baits I throw don't require alot of sensitivity . And the ability to use heavyweight line is a must but on this rod it allows for that and it bends well through the backbone I have 2 of these rods and am gonna get a 3rd good purchase for straight line Technics

Pros
  • Solid materials and components and handles super lines well
Cons
  • Needs more attention to quality of fit end eyelet problem but an easy fix

I bought one for myself for striper fishing and without even using rod yet ( winter now) I bought another for my son for striper fishing. Fit and finish seems like $100 up rods for the money this seems like a steal cant wait to put a striper on it.
