Got this for my daughter, who has just shown an interest in fishing. I own numerous "Ugly Stix", some a decade old or older,
so I know they will stand up to abuse from big fish, and accidents that would destroy other rods
Finally, there is an affordable rod designed for women. The pink accents on this rod are fashionable
and well crafted, without looking garish . I would guess that they were designed by women for women !

Got this for a Girlfriend, and matched it up with a Pflueger Lady's President Reel. She likes the Pink Reel matching up with the Pink Highlights in the Lady's Ugly Stik. I know that it will be a Killer Combo, and be able to bring in anything She Hooks into!
