things are so mutch better for the ocean than balloons

no fish is going to swallow these types of floats besides a tigershark, but there is a downside. They will be in the ocean forever if you don't retrieve them if it comes off the line or a fish breaks it off. Do not know whay the can't make long term biodegradable ones. The company would make even more.

Hi James, According to SeaStiker, Depending on the conditions, hook size, and bait size, for some cases no sinker weight is needed. Other conditions only a 3oz - 4oz weight would be needed to make the float stand vertical. Please let us know if theres anything else we can assist you with. Tight Lines.

This is probably going to be a bit big for bluegill, but when you're fishing those carp these should work for you.

Most run the line through the float, measure off the distance they want to the bait, then double the line back over the float to secure it with a rubber band.
As soon as you get a bite, the line will pull free and the float will be free to slide up and down the line as you fight the fish.

You put the line through and place a crimp on each end. Make sure the crimp is bigger than the Shark float krimp

There is not a specific way to attach the float. There are various ways you can use. The most commonly suggested way is to run the line through the float and using a rubber band to attach the float securely to the line.
